Eligible new SOLAAS sofas include a 12-month frame warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects affecting the sofa frame under normal domestic use, subject to the terms supplied with your order.
It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, commercial use, neglect, unauthorised repairs, staining, pet damage, ordinary wear, natural fabric variation or the normal softening and settling of fillings.
The warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace or restrict them.

Plump and rotate loose cushions regularly where the design allows.
Keep the sofa away from direct heat and prolonged strong sunlight.

Do not sit on the arms, back or other areas not designed as seats.
Lift the sofa correctly when moving it; never drag it across the floor.
